Manifesting from the Boundless Quantum Field
A dynamic 30 minute guided meditation to activate our ability to manifest from the boundless quantum field which includes an in-depth healing of our inner child, our subconscious, and expanding into a superconscious state.
According to cognitive neuroscientists, we are conscious of only about 5% of our cognitive activity, so most of our decisions, actions, emotions, and behavior depends on the 95% of brain activity that goes beyond our conscious awareness. This 95% in our subconscious comprises our programmed responses to life which includes acquired beliefs formed during the first 6 years of our life. This also includes our habitual mechanisms and behavior patterns learned and acquired during these early years of development. The subconscious mechanism will generate automatic protective behavior patterns from perceived threats or dangers whether emotional, psychological, and or physical. These patterns control our instinctual behavior that form our experiences of life. This was my main inspiration to create this 30 min. guided meditation in order to transmute and release undesirable patterns and belief systems in our subconscious that have been limiting our ability to manifest our dreams and have a healthy, fulfilling life. Another important aspect to align with the universal quantum field is to let go of all identification with the body, mind, personality and ego in order to merge into the unmanifest neutral space of the quantum field that contains all potential possibilities for manifestation and for our transformation, as we learn how to activate and utilize the intelligent free energy of this universal quantum field. The first part of the meditation is about letting go of our personality and ego, as we learn how to merge with the intelligent quantum field, and the second part is about reconnecting with our inner child, and healing our subconscious as we free ourselves from limiting programmed behaviors. Activating our highest potential for joy, health, and fulfillment. Listening to this recording with headphones is highly recommended. Most effective to hear in the morning and when going to bed, so the music and meditation is able to permeate more deeply into the subconscious mind.
